Appointment Strengthens Leadership, Supports Continued Growth Across India
HANOVER, Md., October 6, 2026 – Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), the leading provider of global workforce solutions, today announced the appointment of Shruthi Rao as managing director of India. In this role, Rao will serve as the senior leader for AGS in India, leading the business’s operations and functions across the country while driving organizational effectiveness, commercial growth and long-term business success.
Throughout more than 20 years with Allegis Group, Rao has built deep expertise across recruitment operations, HR, organizational development, operational excellence, solution design, business development and client delivery. As part of Allegis Group’s original India start-up team, she helped shape the company’s market-entry strategy, establish multiple operating companies and build global recruitment delivery centers that continue to support enterprise growth.Most recently, as executive director overseeing AGS’ managed service provider (MSP) operations in India, she led the business through a period of significant growth, doubling revenue, expanding its customer base by 70% and sustaining growth of more than 15% over the past three years.
