Gil Smith serves as Executive Director of Strategic Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement for Allegis Global Solutions. In his role, Gil ensures our program account teams operate in an environment of continuous improvement, at all stages of the account life cycle. Gil conducts post deployment reviews for existing accounts to ensure best practices. He partners closely with various internal AGS teams to improve operational delivery across all regions with a core focus on North America and EMEA, and works with our Professional Development and Operations leadership to drive technical training. Gil also serves as a Global Relationship Manager for some key accounts, where he works with key senior stakeholders to drive strategy, direction and global alignment for clients. Formerly the Senior Vice President for Allegis Global Solutions’ recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service offering, Gil specializes in rapid deployment of large-scale recruitment engagements. He has implemented on-site staffing initiatives for major global organizations. Gil has 30 years of experience in managing diverse staffing requirements and has demonstrated experience in developing targeted selection techniques and implementing high volume recruiting solutions.
