Mike Moxie

As a business development executive, Michael Moxie brings eight years of human capital industry experience to Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), joining the company in January 2016. As a member of the business development team, Mike focuses on delivering client-focused solutions to a variety of clients via SIMGA, AGS’ purpose-built solution for the small to mid-sized managed services provider (MSP) market. 

Prior to joining AGS, Mike started his career with Allegis Group as an engineering recruiter at Aerotek. From there, Mike quickly moved into the role of implementation specialist, where he was responsible for implementing and delivering the necessary resources, technology, and qualified staff to ensure client operations ran smoothly and efficiently across programs. 

In his most recent role as implementation project manager, Mike was responsible for leading and managing the implementation process across Aerotek’s various clients and their locations. He collaborated with business development, recruiting, and support personnel to determine and create the appropriate infrastructure necessary for each implementation, and participated in the sales process to engineer proper business solutions, project scopes, and implementation plans. His hands-on experience and familiarity collaborating with various business units provide Mike with the skills necessary to succeed in his current role.

Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Ohio State University, and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. As a result of his exemplary service, Mike won the 2016 Human Capital Solutions MVP and the 2014 Implementation Service Performance Excellence awards during his time with Aerotek.
