Roger Daigle, Global Director, has more than ten years of RPO experience, including building and managing the AGS North American network of Recruitment Delivery Centers (RDCs) over the past two years. This experience collaborating with existing RDCs in other countries—namely AGS Bangalore and AGS Manila—further fortified his capabilities as a global industry expert. In addition to the RDC project, Roger concurrently oversaw the rebuild of AGS’s internal recruitment team in North America.
As a Global Director, Roger led multiple RPO implementations where he directly managed onsite RPO teams; provided consultative guidance to clients on process improvements and effective staffing/hiring techniques; and facilitated communication with key stakeholders regarding all aspects of the programs to ensure peerless governance and quality assurance.
