Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) implemented the RPO solution in a short timescales, exceeding customer expectations.
Our client is one of the largest life insurance companies in the world. They are a global provider of life insurance, annuities, employee benefits, and asset management. They have operations in nearly 50 countries and hold market leading positions in Europe, the Middle East, the United States, Latin America, and Asia.
With a successful RPO operating in North America, our client wanted to realise the same benefits in EMEA that AGS had delivered in the United States. The requirement within EMEA was to implement the RPO solution for delivery in the UK (London) and Ireland (Dublin), based on approximately 300 hires per annum. Due to internal requirements, they needed the implementation completed in just eight weeks.
AGS has developed a proven methodology, enhanced and refined with each implementation and developed a set of best practices to ensure a successful programme rollout. This best practice implementation approach, typically, takes 12-14 weeks.
