Best Western Hotels & Resorts® Launches Holistic Total Talent Program With Allegis Global Solutions
Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), a leading provider of global talent acquisition and workforce solutions, launched a Total Talent solution with Best Western Hotels & Resorts® on March 4, 2019. The innovative solution includes SIGMA (AGS’s mid-market MSP solution), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), Aerotek to serve as the Vendor on Premise (VoP) for all call center business and TEKsystems managing all Statement of Work (SOW) business. And on the same day, Best Western went live with a new applicant tracking system (ATS) — AGS partner SmartRecruiters — to improve candidate experience for future employees of Best Western.
AGS has locations across the globe, but the RPO client partnership with Best Western is local and hands-on with an onsite team who understand the local marketplace and a support team located in Tempe.
Today’s Best Western is undergoing an incredible transformation — revitalizing its brand image, focusing on memorable guest experiences, and committing to workplace culture. It’s that great-place-to-work culture that inspired many of more than 1,000 corporate employees to remain with the company for 10, 20, and even 30 years. With a holistic approach to Total Talent and a new ATS, future employees will have memorable candidate experiences to match.
“The total talent approach is more than blending managed services and RPO; the partnership between Best Western and AGS is a holistic, proactive solution that focuses on a unified strategy across the organization’s workforce. The total talent launch with Best Western has proven to be the definition of true partnership; the company’s innovation and strong company culture has been apparent throughout. We are excited to be a part of the Best Western team and look forward to addressing both full-time and contingent labor to align business strategy and talent.” — Tom Jewett, VP, RPO Operations in North America
