Two Allegis Global Solutions Executives Named to SIA’s 2025 Staffing 100 Europe List

HANOVER, Md., September 24, 2025 – Allegis Global Solutions, the leading provider of global workforce solutions, announces that Vice President of International Markets (EMEA and APAC) Simon Bradberry and Executive Director of Service Excellence in EMEA Cat Halliwell have been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Staffing 100 Europe list for 2025. The list recognizes industry leaders for their impact within their individual organizations and for improving the overall workforce solutions sector.

About the Honorees

With more than 30 years of experience in workforce strategy and execution, Simon Bradberry has led AGS Managed Services in EMEA since 2020 — expanding his leadership across EMEA and APAC in 2024. In the past year, Bradberry has assisted organizations in understanding that when optimizing a cost-effective workforce, it is not just about the skills – it’s about the work. He has also recently helped Allegis Global Solutions extend its operations into several new European countries and collaborated with Globality to introduce a model that incorporates AI into services procurement. He was named to SIA’s Staffing 100 – Europe in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

With Allegis Global Solutions since 2013 and serving as executive director for service excellence for the past three years, Cat Halliwell  brings two decades of expertise in the contingent workforce industry. She leads initiatives in operational excellence and strategic change management, supporting clients in transforming their workforce approaches. In 2024, her team played a pivotal role in boosting customer satisfaction scores within the region, implementing robust channel harmonization strategies, enhancing operational readiness across multiple projects and overseeing a global rollout of internal change management protocols. She was named to the SIA Global 150 – Women in Staffing List in 2020 and 2024.
