Two Allegis Global Solutions Leaders Named to SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing List for 2025

About the Honorees

Jessi Guenther, Vice President, Client Delivery: Guenther oversees Allegis Global Solutions’ North American portfolio. In the past year, her relentless focus on client retention and satisfaction led to more than 35 client renewals and expansions resulting in industry accolades, including multiple Everest Group PEAK^® Matrix Leader and Star Performer recognitions. Under Guenther’s direction, the company also attained best-in-class customer satisfaction metrics, achieving an industry-leading 72% Net Promoter Score (NPS), and earning a 2025 Best of HR Services and Best of RPO Awards for Service Excellence from ClearlyRated. She was previously acknowledged on SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list in 2015, 2022 and 2024, and SIA’s Staffing 100 – North America list in 2023.

Cat Halliwell, Executive Director, Service Excellence – EMEA: Halliwell leads operational excellence, strategic change management and client workforce transformation for Allegis Global Solutions in EMEA. Over the past year, she has been instrumental in standardizing processes and reducing waste. Halliwell led Lean service waste management training for over 100 internal leaders and spearheaded the enterprise change management strategy, successfully training approximately 830 employees worldwide. Under her leadership, the company’s NPS improved from 55.3% to 74.5% YoY in EMEA. Halliwell was previously recognized on SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list in 2020 and 2024, and SIA’s Staffing 100 – Europe list in 2025.
