Allegis Global Solutions Wins Talent Solutions Provider of the Year, Plus DE&I and Partnership Categories, at TALiNT Partners’ TIARA Awards

HANOVER, Md., July 7, 2021 – Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), the leading provider of global workforce solutions, recently took home three awards and the title of overall winner at the TALiNT Partners’ 2021 US TIARA Talent Solutions Awards. AGS was named Talent Solutions Provider of the Year – and won both the WorkLLama Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Award and the Long-Term Partnership Award categories – at the annual recognition program.

The TIARA Awards recognize leading talent solutions providers that have delivered creative, sustainable solutions to client challenges across various categories. Provider entries are narrowed down by TALiNT Partners’ senior team and further assessed by a panel of distinguished industry judges based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials.

Many providers delivered impressive client success stories, but AGS showed their adaptability and strength in tackling a range of client needs,” said Ken Brotherston, managing director of TALiNT Partners. 

Contributing to the overall win, AGS earned the WorkLLama DE&I Award, in which it showcased a successful diversity and inclusion program implemented by a financial services client. The program increased diversity across all stages of the hiring process using a proactive approach to source diverse talent, increase brand recognition and develop positive brand sentiment in underrepresented communities. AGS also worked with the client to amplify diverse voices within the organization and create targeted leadership and development initiatives.

Since 2012, AGS has worked with the client to decrease time-to-hire, turnover, risk and cost-per-hire while battling fluctuating staffing needs and other common industry-related challenges. The client relationship has been enhanced over the years with innovations in recruitment data analysis, implementation of new technology and a continuous, holistic approach to strategy.
