Allegis Global Solutions Announces New Addition to Leadership team with the Appointment of Vice President of Operations, EMEA and APAC

Hanover, Md., April 15th, 2020 - Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), a leading provider of global talent acquisition and workforce solutions, announces the appointment of Simon Bradberry as Vice President of Operations, EMEA and APAC, effective June 2.

Simon is a recruitment outsourcing professional with more than 25 years of experience who leads the EMEA region for AGS as the Regional Vice President for Operations and Business Development.

His diverse background and extensive global experience positions him well to lead operational excellence, innovation, and growth for AGS in EMEA as he has a reputation for flawlessly executing customers across sectors including technology, banking & financial services, telecommunications, professional services, manufacturing and the public sector.

A graduate of the London School of Economics, Simon has worked in Human Capital Consulting for Deloitte, Recruitment Outsourcing for Hays and immediately prior to joining AGS was at Resource Solutions in a variety of global leadership roles. As Managing Director responsible for sales and operations, he launched their managed services provider (MSP) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business in APAC and India while based in Singapore for seven years. This experience helped then to focus on expanding EMEA and the Americas for the company after returning to the UK in 2019.

Simon will be based in the United Kingdom and will have operational oversight for client delivery and continued advancement of the AGS MSP product in EMEA and APAC.
