The workforce is changing. People are no longer content with a job for life and want a greater level of flexibility and mobility in their career than ever before. You only have to look at the growth of the contingent workforce for evidence of this.
In the US alone, it has been forecast that contingent employees will account for 40% of the total workforce by 2020 and this is a trend that is occurring across the world. Indeed, in the UK it has been forecast that contractors or temporary staff will account for 20% of the workforce by 2022. To cope with this shift, a growing number of organisations are looking to outsource their contingent hiring and are turning to Managed Service Providers (MSP).
