AGS Leader Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2023 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencer List

HANOVER, Md., May 18, 2023 – Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), the leading provider of global workforce solutions, is pleased to announce that Quinne Teske, the global director of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and employee experience at AGS, was recently recognized on Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2023 DEI Influencers – US and Canada list. 

Teske has redefined the DEI strategy at AGS by fostering an environment of equity, inclusion and transparency; gaining executive buy-in; engaging leaders across multiple departments; and embedding DEI in executive decision-making processes. She has spearheaded key initiatives, including partnering with talent acquisition and HR teams to implement diversity hiring panels, piloting the Mentor U initiative to provide equitable opportunities for underrepresented talent and ensuring the entire DEI team was certified as inclusive coaches.
