Allegis Global Solutions Tops the Charts in HRO Today’s Total Workforce Solutions Baker’s Dozen

For the first time, HRO Today asked Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) respondents in the annual Baker’s Dozen questionnaire to evaluate their use of total workforce solutions. If customers reported they used the same provider for contingent and full-time employee needs, they were asked an additional series of questions. HRO Today then combined these results with relevant components of the MSP and RPO study findings and consolidated to compare size of deal, breadth of service and quality of service to produce an overall composite score for each provider.
