Depending on where you are in the world, you might have seen news posts and blogs about an oversupply of graduates with an unclear career path post-graduation. Alternatively, you might have heard debate about what courses of study should be provided to meet the needs of the new world of “disrupted business.” And, of course, you might have also read articles about the differing expectations between the new and old generations in the workforce and how you can best go about engaging these groups.
What is clear is that graduates face a rapidly changing world of work, with fewer opportunities than there once were, and a market place where companies are bombarding them with a range of techniques each selling their own respective “dream careers.”
