AGS’ Global Head of Strategy Bruce Morton also received a Lifetime Achievement Award, and AGS earned Highly Commended honors in the Best Talent Attraction category at TALiNT Partners’ virtual ceremony.
The TIARA Awards honor leading talent solutions providers that have delivered creative, sustainable solutions to client challenges across various categories. An independent panel of industry judges chose the winning entries based on key performance metrics, case studies and testimonials.
AGS received the 1099Policy Long-Term Partnership Award for providing significant growth and increased value to a client in the digital payment platform space. The relationship began with a managed service provider (MSP) engagement nearly 10 years ago that expanded to include procurement services in 2018, and led to a global expansion covering over 21,000 resources in more than 30 countries. Throughout this time, AGS has delivered long-term cost improvements, enhanced speed to engagement, improved onboarding and compliance, and boosted resilience and growth.

Morton has more than 40 years of experience in human capital services; has authored two books on the future of work; and has designed, managed, implemented and run large resourcing programs worldwide.

Rounding out the awards, AGS received Highly Commended honors (second place) for the Best Talent Attraction Strategy Award. In its submission, AGS explained meeting one healthcare leader’s demand for more reliable candidate committals by implementing a dedicated strategy outside of other talent attraction activities. The entry also detailed how AGS continues to deliver on the candidate-first mission critical to securing workers in today’s talent-constrained market for this recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) client.
