Neil has more than 13 years of experience as a supply chain executive, managing operations, contracts management, business process improvement, and information technology implementation with special focus on contingent workforce and services procurement (SOW) solutions. Neil joined Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in 2014 as a Director of Operations. In this role, Neil is responsible for continuing to expand the AGS global SOW service offering and for helping AGS' clients leverage their programs to improve overall workforce management and to integrate best practices in strategic sourcing to improve SOW management.

Prior to joining AGS, Neil spent over a decade at Fannie Mae, helping to develop its e-Business infrastructure and implement a centralized Corporate Procurement function and organizational framework. Prior to Fannie Mae, Neil worked in the telecommunications industry with MCI WorldCom and Winstar Communications where he was responsible for managing a wide variety of technology projects including global sales force automation, CRM, product management, billing, pricing and auditing platforms.

Neil has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Neil continued his education and has an M.B.A, in Finance and Investments from George Washington University, in Washington, DC. He also has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
